This photoshop tutorial will teach you to draw clouds, thunder and lighting using cool photoshop tricks.
Today we are going to make an Image with the cloud and lighting.
1. First of all open a new document, here I heve used document size-width-300pixel height-300pixel resolution-96px.
2. Here in the Layer window create New Layer1, to create a new layer you can press Ctrl + Shift +N or click on the button which you can see in the red circle in the Image below.
3. Now in the Tool bar select Gradient Tool click on the place which you can see in the Large circle, then click on the place in small circle and select Radial Gradient.
4. Select color from the Edit Gradient, and then fill the color code #7F6BA0 and color #392E59.
5. Now here Double click ok the Layer1, and then in the Layer Style select Pattern Overlay, after that click on Pattern Picker and then click on the the other place as shown below.
6. From here select the Patterns.
7. In the Patterns select cloud Pattern, as shown below.
8. Now here in the Pattern Overlay > Blend Mode > select Vivid Light, click ok at Opacity-100 % Scale-198 %.
9. Now press Ctrl+T, and with the help of mouse drag the shape upward, and then Press Enter.
10. Now here New Layer2, and with the Rectangular Marquee Tool create a new rectangle. As shown below.
11. Here with the Gradient Tool fill the Layer with the color codes #83617C and #43366B, and deselect Ctrl+D.
12. Now here drag the Layer1 and put on the Layer2.
13. Now here create a New Layer3, and then fill it with the Black color while pressing Alt+ backspace, now Deselect.
14. Here use the Smudge Tool Size 10 and Strength 50%.
15. With the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool rectangular marque tool
create
a new shape, and then with the Gradient Tool fill the ractagle with the
color code # 8C83BE and # 513D72 and now Deselect.
16. Here select Layer1, and then press Ctrl+E to merge both the Layers.
17. Now here first create a shape with the Pen Tool > Right click > click on Make Selection > select Feather at 5px > click ok. Now again create New Layer4, and fill with the color codes #DFDDE4 and #9E90A8 with the Gradient Tool and then Deselect.
18. The Layer that we just created in the step 17 make it’s opacity 49%, as shown below.
19. Now here with the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a new shape > Right click > click Feather > click ok at Feather5px. Now select New Layer5, and then with the help of Alt+backspace fill with white color, now press Ctrl+E to merge Layer4 and Layer5.
20. Now our Image will look like this, asshown below.
21.Create a New Layer, and from the Tool bar select Art History Brush Brush size-3 / opacity-100 / Style-Tight long / aria 0 px / tolerance-0%, and then create Zig Zag lines for the lightning. After that Erase the green color Rectangle with the Eraser Tool.
22. Final Image.
