[4] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[8] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.



[9] Create another shape with the help of Polygonal Lasso Tool.

[10] Go to Blending Option use the following settings.

[12] Go to Blending Option select Stroke Structure these following settings.


[13] Take the Elliptical Marquee Tool create a shape then make the new layer the right click to select Feather selection use these values.


[14] Now fill the selection with White color.

[15] Change the Blending Mode to Overlay.
