The Motion effect tutorial is designed to show, how to add an ultra fast Photoshop motion effect that you can use to turn an ordinary parked bus into the super charged bus. In this tutorial you will learn how to create an effective motion blur along with smoke particles venting from the wheels. In this tutorial we will use Polygonal lasso Tool, Clone Tool to get that effect.
1. Open an images.

2. Select the Polygonal lasso tool.
3. Select out your bus from the background.

4. Cut and paste the cropped bus into a new layer.

5. Select Clone tool and set the Opacity to about 75%. Clone the egdes so that you have a smaller exposed area with some fuzzy edges.

6. Select Filter>Blur>Motion Blur option.

7. Set Distance to 20-25 pixels.

8. This is the final images.
