How to create a unique wall paper image using light effect

Description: Great photoshop tutorial for web designers to learn new techniques and design new background images for wallpaper or website template using hard light photoshop effect.

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels,400 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the new document with black color.

[3] Go to Filter>Render>Clouds.

[4] Go to again Filter>Render>Different Clouds.

[5] Go to Filter>Stylize>Glowing Edges
apply the following settings

 

[6] Your image will now look like this.

[7] Make the copy of layer 1 now change the
Blending mode layer1 copy "Screen".

[8] Now go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal.

[9] Your Image will look like this.

[10] Cntl+E for to merge the 2 layers
it should look like this.

[11] Now go to Edit>Transform>Flip Vertical.

[12] Make the copy of layer 1 now change the
Blending mode layer1 copy "Hard Light".

[13] Your image should be look like this.

[14] Go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects
and apply the following the settings.

[15] Here is your final image.
